"Bucatini" with the Broccoli

Makes 4 servings

Ingredients: 1/2 Kg. of "bucatini" (kind of pasta) -1 Kg. of broccoli (cauliflower), clean and cut to large pieces -1 onion -4 anchovies -2 spoons of  pine-seed -1 spoon of raisins -1 packet of saffron -1 clove of crushed garlic -100 gr. of grated caciocavallo cheese -Oil of best-quality -salt and pepper.

Directions: Boil the broccoli in a pot with hot salt-water and add saffron. In another pot brown the onion cut thinly with the oil and the garlic. Drain the broccoli, and put it in the pot with the oil, the garlic and the onion. Cook for ten minutes. In the meantime, brown the anchovies stirring every so often. Add to the broccoli, the raisins, the pine-seed and the anchovies. Meanwhile, cook the pasta until al dente, in the same water where you have cooked the broccolo and add salt. Drain and then toss with the sauce of broccoli.  Serve with grated caciocavallo cheese.
