Paste of Almonds

Prep. Time: 80 minutes     Difficulty: Medium

Makes 4 servings

Ingredients: -800 gr. of sugar -3 glasses of water -800 gr. of almonds flour -100 gr. Majorca flour -1/2 pocket of vanilla –food dyes.

Directions: Melt to low heat the sugar with the three glasses of water, until very thick. Remove from heat. Add the almonds flour, the Majorca flour. Place on a bathed marble table. Cool and work by hand. When it is compact and smooth, place in a stamps. Decorate with the food dyes.
