Ice cream to the Jasmine

Prep. Time: 4 hours     Difficulty: Medium

 

Makes 4 servings

Ingredients: -50 gr. of Jasmine (only the flowers) -150 gr. of sugar -a little glass of rum -4 white of eggs.

Directions: Put the Jasmine, to macerate in average litre of water for some hour. Filter water. Place a pot over heat with the water aromatized and simmer. Add the sugar and melt stirring constantly. Remove from heat and cool, add the white of eggs, the rum, stir and store in freezer until will be a soft ice-cream ready to serve.
