Frosted Mousse

Prep. Time: 70 minutes   Difficulty: Low

  Makes 6 servings

Ingredients: -4 yolks -30 gr. of sugar -1 spoon of flour -1/2 litre of entire milk -50 gr. of candied peel of cedar -50 gr. of candied cherry -2 white of eggs -1 lemon -vanilla.

Directions: Beaten the yolks with 15 gr. of sugar, add the peel of the lemon and the vanilla. Pour little by little, the flour and the lukewarm milk stirring with a spoon. Put the casserole over heat stirring constantly for some minute without make bubble. Remove from heat, pour the cream in a terrine, and stir energetically. Remove the lemon peel and add the cherry and the peel of the cedar. Cool and whip to a froth the white of the eggs with the remaining sugar and amalgamate delicately. Store in refrigerator and every so often stir in order to became very soft.
