Bean to the Mint

Prep. Time: 80 minutes        Difficulty: Low

Makes 4 servings

Ingredients: -500 gr. of bean -2 cloves of garlic -10 leaves of mint -2 stalk of celery -1/2 glass of red vinegar -oil of best-quality -salt and pepper.

Directions: Over low heat simmer salt water. In the meantime diced celery, garlic and put in water with bean. Drain and place in a salad-bowl, flavour with oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and mint. Cover the salad-bowl for an hour and set aside in a fresh place (no refrigerator). Serve in table.
