Fish Sword "to the Carpaccio"

  Makes 4 servings

  Ingredients: -500 grams of fish sword -1 lemon -Oil of best-quality -salt and white pepper -a lot of chopped parsley.

Procedure: To make this hors-d’oeuvre, the fish sword be must fresh. Cut the fish sword skinless into thinnest layers of 15/20 grams everyone. In a salad-bowl, combine oil, lemon juice, salt  and pepper and place in it the fish sword for five minutes. Drain and place the fish on a serving platters. Dredge of chopped parsley and serve.
